Pros
I cannot speak highly enough of the culture I have experienced so far at Shell. I feel trusted and respected, and listened to. I started my role within a week of offer and had everything I needed ready, a great induction and hit the ground running. As long as I can get internet access, I can work anywhere.
Cons
There are alot of stakeholders and navigating your way around the roles and responsibilities is tricky
