      Pros

      Great place to work, compensation is very fair and lifestyle is appreciated. The atmosphere is competitive and challenging.

      Cons

      Sometimes competition gets a bit over the top, but that could be the case anywhere. I am very satisfied with my time at Shell.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
