Great pay and benefits, travel, interesting jobs, intelligent colleagues
Cons
Out-sourcing more and more roles to cheaper countries, so no job security. Experience is no longer valued. Office closures and perceived poor decision making at the top has led to a lot of the work force being demotivated.
