      Great enterprise first culture Excellent knowledgeable staff Fantastic professional or leadership development opportunities You don't realise this when you work there, but the incentives/process/standards are cleverly designed so it feels like that ENTIRE company is pushing towards the same goal to maximise value

      Feels like too much process at times Dutch people seem to get preferential treatment

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
