Good Salary Good in taking care of employee Heath & Safety IT Operation started recently so good chance to learn and take ownership Good infrastructure Work life Balance is ok Cafeteria is nice but food is bit expensive

Very Less Tax saving benefits Follows mostly Global Policies that may sometime not fit for Bangalore (India) Very Strict on Policies and Process Too much process driven operations so difficult to get results soon Small changes need many agreements /sign off from diff. teams that makes work delayed due to this no one will take ownership if something goes wrong Big hierarchy so don't expect early promotions Very minimal chances for International Travel No Long terms onsite options
