Pros

Formally good process in place for Mktg, HR, Supply Chain. Excellent marketing and brand image. Financially solid. If you get the right sponsorship you may have a good career progression and international mobility.

Cons

Lack of collaboration, integrity is a challenge. Data and figures are mystified: orders allocation by business are not transparent, merely driven by the intent to make up business line P&L. This applies also to other kpis, in Italy for example they register corporate event as training! Customer net promoted score achieved more through personal relations than a truly excellent customer experience. Italian Country president motto is: "sell and forget"despite the declared customer focus. Based on these kpi company pays bonuses. No room for assertiveness perceived as a challenge to the status quo: group thinking.

Pros

- Decent pay and good benefits - work truck with gas card -good experience

Cons

- management is disconnected from field employees - review process does not reflect employee performance since managers do not go out in field in order to properly assess job performance - poor communication which leads to chaotic project implementation - no standardization of necessary info for each customer site. You walk in completely blind each time you visit a customer you’ve never been to - safety is important, but corporate pushes redundant messaging so frequently i believe it has the opposite of the intended effect - forced to wear long sleeves FR shirts in hot weather even when you are not exposed to fire hazards any more than a standard office employee
