Pros
1. The projects were very interesting and the cutting edge of ML and AI, The R&D team applies ML to various areas from AR/VR to semiconductor design. 2. Pretty good work life balance. Rarely worked more than 40-50 hours a week. 3. The people are great.
Cons
1. The biggest con is that the pay. Its much better than service companies. But compared to AI roles at FANG, the pay isn't competitive.
