      Technology and work is too good. Lots of learning. Team is very enthusiastic and pro active. Onsite counterparts are dynamic.

      Cons

      Very bad bureaucracy and peak level of micro management. Onsite team doesn't care much about offshore team w.r.t work hour timings.
