      Relatively competent direct management, partially compensating for the faults of upper management. The chance to explore wifi technology. Decent compensation.

      Cons

      Incompetent upper management that have wishful fancies for new ventures and foolish aggression. Emphasis on title rather than technical competency. QualLife does not exist for engineering.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
