      I know many people that are lucky to be working on exciting projects and are happy at Qualcomm. The benefits package is awesome, salary and bonus good. You get to work on cutting edge technology if you're lucky.

      Cons

      There are some shady teams and divisions where the work environment is negative.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
