      good compensation will be given. will get an opportunity to see various projects and lots and lots of work. CCD inside campus. Company is doing good in market.

      Cons

      no life.. so no question of work life balance. we are like rolling stones.. not much knowledge gain esp in Bangalore India.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
