      Interesting and diverse technology Great location (but expensive) Great work life balance Good work culture

      Cons

      A bit outdated Many of the managers are pretty comfortable and the overall culture seems pretty slow/bureaucratic The data management systems they use are from 25+ years ago and haven’t been updated They pay the bare minimum and will give every excuse not to raise employee salaries

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
