      No longer just a phone chip company anymore, significant investments and growth in Auto/IoT/PCs/ leading in on-device AI. Work is interesting and you get to learn new tech and industries and markets. Mature and established culture.

      Cons

      Competition is getting tougher, diversification can create silos internally, harder to stay on same page.
