Pros

Great 401k match Product discounts Co-workers are in it together

Cons

With addition of new CMO, all career growth opportunity has stopped. Significant number of new outside senior hires without current employees being given an opportunity to fill these positions. CMOs belief is digital is the direction of the future and thus current employees can’t be successful in new roles completely discounting the already existing team of digital employees who have a strong background and can lead Marketing team into the future if given a chance. She has driven out majority of long term employees with strong skill sets and passed over loyal employees who have remained. What was once a great place to work has now turned to shambles and the clock just ticks forward everyday as we watch previously valued team members forced out the door weekly.

Pros

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Cons

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
