Pros

Great training program, when you start, you are coached on selling techniques and it is very useful and helpful. Puma trains their employees very well, so you have a lot of guidance and feel comfortable meeting the expectations. Great team oriented environment.

Cons

Although you are expected to sell and reach sales goals, you do not receive commission.
