      Pros

      If you want to work with latest technologies, you just have to ask. There are a lot of projects where you just slack off, you just need to find out which are and eventually you cand move there Decent pay Bi-yearly bonuses (60-80% of NET income)

      Cons

      Overall bad managers (customer support promoted to manager just because he/she employed in the company for over 10-20 years with no courses)

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Cons

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
