      Some teams are geared towards efficiency Efficient people are not ambitious and work selflessly to find solutions Hands-off management: you can either work with maximum autonomy towards your objectives or hide in the forest, stuff your calendar with meetings and never be accountable for anything New CEO looks to actually take charge

      Business is driven by marketing teams (B2C) who are at a loss in this commoditized competitive market, and sales teams (B2B) who are sleeping on their paychecks. Lots of boomers camping at every level of senior management Former CEO was playing to the gallery, only succeeded in relieving social tensions (at a cost: empowering unproductive people)

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
