      Developing market means many opportunities to grow both your skills and experience as well as career development.

      Cons

      chaos at time due to pace of change. a lot of energy is both invested and often wasted in defining new processes or more to the point, redefining processes that were never constructed correctly at the get go.

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.
