      Pros

      the work environment was very relaxed, meeting a lot of great people to work with. Management i good too, except for HR - very lost, slows everything down and are not cut out for the job. Salary is pretty good

      Cons

      Moral can be low at times and can be overwhelming. CEO focuses a lot of what others think (corporate in France) however he is very smart and has a focus.

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Cons

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
