Pros
The working envirnment is quite good. The salary, compared to the salary in companies in the same kind, is good. You have the posibility to work with latest technologies. They have very good benefits and compensations appart form the salary. They have internal promotion initiatives thast allows you to find the woark you like within the company. The people I have met was very proffesional.
Cons
As a large cmpany there are too much burocracy ans soome times it is very slow to put something in the productions environments. Some times there are projects that do not end in an end user product. You have to move between diferrent premises and it make your work sometimes slow.
