This company has no idea how to target in an American market and that is why the stores are slow with no customers (or customers who will complain about the price AND quality of the products.) They set store budgets way too high for the demographics they are in, so you are never able to make your goals or bonuses (and you WILL be talked down to by management for it) Management doesn't care about anyone but themselves. District and Regional managers do not communicate anything to their teams which makes it impossible for store managers or anyone else to do their jobs. HR has absolutely no idea how to handle any type of delicate situation with their employees. HR has no idea how to handle complaints when it is about management. Management does not care about store working conditions and will make you stay open no matter what is happing or would like you to risk your life just to get the store open.
