Pros
Everyone down to earth somewhat modest. If it is the management team of your local entity, or even the high management in the groups HQ. Everyone is very human. The offices of most subsidiaries are rather small, which makes the contact with your managers and colleagues is very informal. The group is still developing and growing, but even during the crisis, we did not lay off anyone as far as I know. That is impressive and maybe speaks for itself.
Cons
Sometimes a semi-professional organisation. Some departments are still not fully developed. IT systems are not state of the art. Change is slower than I would have expected some years ago. You need to have patience. Lots of time is wasted with not needed administrative tasks. Departements in the gorup HQ are sometimes not well connected, which creates extra work in the international subsidiaries. International growth opportunities are great, if you are willing to relocate. A local career outside of the "Sales Force" is not easy to achieve, due to the flat hirachies and small office strucutres.
