Pros

- You have your base salary which is i be your contract, but to that you will always have to add sundays (which is paid more obviously), meal allowance, if you work holidays is paid double. You also are paid more for working in shifts and night hours. - Then you have your monthly budget which is not on commission, is all together which is great to be honest. And that budget is divided in three categories, so for each category your paid a certain amount. In a year, 10/12 times we always achieve at least the lowest budget required. - You have health, dental and maternity insurance. - Maternity leave is paid, of course, and I believe you are given 4 to 5 months (I don’t know if this depends on country). - We have a christmas parties. Which are all together with the group’s brands. So you will have Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Tezenis and Falconeri. - Employee discount code of 30%, except on sale items. You can use it in every brand, so even if you work in Calzedonia, you can have a discount both in Intimissimi, Tezenis and Falconeri (Falconeri is 50% because it’s a more high-end brand). - 25 day paid vacation (holiday grant)

Cons

- Working in shifts - No vacation allowed on holiday times (such Christmas, Easter, and the summer months) - Hard to be promoted because usually the managers don’t want to leave (huge salaries)
