Good salaries, solid experience from the Group level in DIY sector and professional employees; personal growth is possible and encouraged , but it depends from country to country.
Cons
The country manager influences the model of the business at national level; the respect for employees does not exist, the Group does not take actions even if they know reality. Training is the first thing to cut in crisis period. The
