Pros

good company to work with if you land with right set of people

Cons

No ethics, Novartis policies says no compromise on values and behavior yet they hire people who were expelled from previous organization due to sexual harassment charges. Due to excessive favoritism people with tainted records are also hired in an accelerated process. Will not give promotions to deserving people due to politics while will hire people from outside having half the average experience of inside associates
