      Pros

      Great benefits and perks. Casual dress-code. Plently of places to play on-site. Easy to network if you're on the WHQ campus. There's a career to be made here if you're wanting, willing and able to make it.

      Cons

      Lesser-trained managers. Developing HR systems. Rewards often go to biggest heads/loudest voices not best minds/ideas.

      Employee discount, store cleanliness, work structure, mentality. 2-3 leaders are exceptional

      Cons

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
