Business Outlook
Pros
Great company culture: Focus on the Medtronic Mission. Micro-managing does not happen and everyone is respected as an individual. Hence there is great trust and one feels like one is working for oneself rather than an oppressive manager. The managers and higher management are all extremely intelligent, accomplished and experienced people and are hence a treat to work for.
Cons
Being a big company, it is sometimes hard to get innovative ideas to get accepted into product development. One has to go through some red-tape.
