-Top company with high respect and value -Amazing opportunity for growth -Ability to move between different divisions all over the country -Good compensation package -Opportunity for visibility to senior management
Cons
-While good opportunity for growth, they tend to reward groups of people as opposed to individuals (years of service vs individual achievements) -Work structure changes every 6-12 months -Tendency to change your position/manager multiple times over your career (I have had 8 different managers in 5 years) -Conflicts between different groups within the company, makes working together difficult
