      Competitve pay and benefits, amazing industry and fantastic company culture. Neuromodulation business is growing rapidly and global expansion is right on target.

      Cons

      Demanding schedule, quartelry pressures, constant change. Very large organization can take a while to learn to navigate and how to get decisions made.
