      Medtronic is a Large global medical device comany with diversification and therefore much opportunity. Willingness to relocate helps with advancement potential.

      Cons

      As with most large corporations there are many layers of management and for the rank and file decision-making rationale is not always clear nor is it explained.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
