Pros
Great healthcare. Decent benefits. Easy with great work life balance. Loved most of the people I worked with!
Cons
Constant restructure, new leaders/managers every year, projects always lose funding, no budget for anything (literally anything) in the shared services in corporate. Layoffs 2x a year, sometimes more. It takes two years to hire a role once approved for the headcount. Very slow to promote. I got laid off after five years.
