Pros

They plowed the whole parking lot this year (which they didn't last year to save on costs).

Cons

They've cut so many benefits over the past several years. Not just things like subsidized dental coverage, but little things too. Building cleaning services. Local IT teams. Daycare offerings. Anything to save a buck. "Do more with less" and "burn out is just a state of mind" are actual messages we've gotten from leadership.

Pros

Generous, old-school benefits. Almost twice the PTO as other places I've worked, excellent healthcare, 401K matching, etc. Many high-quality colleagues and a generally mellow, polite business culture.

Cons

Multiple competing bureaucracies, internal consultancies, a computer-illiterate 'stakeholder' class with permission to disrupt anything, and perverse incentives driving waste.
