      Pros

      As long as consultants is able to withstand her shouting, will still be able to get a promotion even though there are complaints of harassment. So just bring in the numbers and you will be free to do anything you want. Added targets to get a promotion is to keep quiet when she starts her nagging, passing her receipts to claim etc.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Snobbish. Rude. Lack of strategy. Micromanagement.

      Pros

      The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

      Cons

      The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
