      Good office location on Lisbon.

      Cons

      Managers are selected based on friendships inside the Company and not based on their work experience, business or people skills. Low salaries, poor training period, lack of leadership or coaching. Dubious work contracts.

      Pros

      The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

      Cons

      The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
