Pros
Family friendly, great company to work for. Awesome benefits and paid time off that start immediately upon hire!
Cons
You have to sign up for benefits either over the phone or online and every benefit is through a different company that you will need to create a username and password. Its a little confusing in the beginning especially for new hires but ultimately not a big deal.
