Employer pays fees for employee. If placed position is undesirable, they will attempt to find you something else. Paid vacation is automatically compensated after required number of hours worked is reached. Occasionally, if employer rates employee well with Manpower representative, bonus is awarded. Health and dental plan is offered, along with other benefits.
Cons
