Pros
- Pay was decent - Work was rewarding (helping others find work) -Great work ambiance I truly enjoyed this job because I was helping out employees during the recession find employment to meet their expenditures. The people who worked at Manpower were really nice, and all had a positive attitude. I believe the hiring managers were really good because there was no tension in the workplace. Overall a good company.
Cons
- Many of the jobs offered were revolving door types of jobs - Not a lot of opportunities for advancement My only real problem with the company was the lack of opportunities for advancement. I have heard that this has changed in recent years. Remember I was working for Manpower during the peak of the recession so I am sure this had something to do with it. Either way I would have liked for more opportunities as I was would have enjoyed working at Manpower for a longer period of time.
