Pros
Most people working there are great. Collaborative and results-driven team who enjoy working together. Good benefits and nice perks available. There are opportunities to learn and opportunities for lateral or upward movement. Possibly would rate with 3.5 stars, if able, but option is not available.
Cons
At times, work becomes so intense that management fails to recognize staff efforts. Long-distance line of management can be difficult and cause breakdown in communication.
