Pros
They provide their Staffing Specialist useful information to do their job.
Cons
They provide TOO MUCH information. Its really too much to attain. Also, a branch office should consist of 3+ specialists to foster that team dymanic they are striving for. Less than that is unfair and unproductive. Training is VERY hands off. Mostly powerpoints and conference calls, then you have to execute. It gets very annoying.
