Pros
Generous basic pay & good benefit package (flexible benefits with some great options) and remote working for those that want it
Cons
A real lack of clear leadership & direction since the February restructure. Promised investment (technology, training, advertising), strong leadership & a well thought out structure - none of which have materialised. Disappointing to see Manpower go downhill so rapidly. A lot of unhappy whispers in the branches.
