      Pros

      This was a decent place to build skills.

      Cons

      Everything else is a con. The pay is not great, it's difficult to be promoted, & you are basically a telemarketer for horrible, low-paying, temp jobs that no one wants.

      Loading own hrs online. Some people are not good on computers
