      Autonomy to a point and the right theoretical sales and account management style

      Cons

      Practically terrible top down management more interested in volume of activity rather than quality. Plus not allowing onward account management to maintain and build relationships

      Pros

      The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

      Cons

      The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
