Pros
Ability to Travel and move though the ranks are very strong. Take on the new technology or business assignments they may the work rewarding.
Cons
Need to speak German and be ready to take International assignments for 2-3 years. Get to know someone @ Magna to understand their employment contracts terms. If you go into this blind you will get screwed. Google it, you will find examples on the web, because Magna was taken to court over not fulfilling the contracts. Also; Magna is a Bank to small companies, so get prepared to work for a little company.
