      Pros : 1. You are given great opportunity to showcase your technical skills. 2. Friendly TL and managers. 3. The management has laid out clear cut policies and professional working environment 4. Good pay and fairly lucrative appraisal 5. Lunch provided and good leave policy 6. Excellent work life balance

      Cons

      1. No hybrid wfh model and has only 4 to 5 wfhs 2. Formals on first 3 days of the week. No big cons other than this.
