Pros
- A lot of young people, so neograduate will feel at ease - Depending on your service line, direct consultancy or factory, you might end up with a more casual dress code - You'll be tasked most likely with stuff you don't know kinda early since your entrance in the company, thus you'll be able to learn a lot
Cons
- Wages are low, but it's a fact for most consultancy firm in italy so it's not the company's fault all things considered - high chaangeup rate for middle-range (in terms of expertise) job, but then again i consider this the norm given how the italian market currently is - at times you'll have to learn stuff by yourself but I consider this too a given, most projects are usually tight around the clock so hand-carrying a team-mate can only last so long: google, coderanch, stackoverflow, these are a dev-analyst's best tool that you'll have to leverage on.
