Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We are disappointed that despite some positives your overall experience at Leonardo is not what we would hope. We work closely with our leadership teams to balance the right level of autonomy, support and decision making. This is clearly not your experience or aligned to the cultural aims we set out in 2023. Whilst we have a strategy and plan to increase our gender balance within our teams further we are pleased that we have made progress on this in the last few years.
