      They can pay wages on time and appear to be trying to engage in more and new business

      Cons

      Management are in over their heads. Little to no ability to work off the book. Dangle wfh and flexible working but thats nonsense. Managers are clearly part of boys club mentality. People placed in jobs who shouldnt be
