Apologies for the late response to your concerns. We have noted your comments and fed them back into the Luton team. Leonardo is committed to demonstrating the social values expected of our current and future employees. In Luton 1 in 4 of our Heads of Engineering Programmes are women. The site has seen over 20 senior engineers join the team in the last 12 months with another 15+ engineers being promoted in the same timeframe.
