lack of communication, support, mediocre pension, considered to be a resource, rather than a person. matrix organisation so that anyone can tell you what to do, with little comeback. Careers can be changed on the whim of individuals. Lack of respect from senior management

Thank you for your recent review. Our Basildon senior leadership team is already working to improve communications including employee feedback. Our senior leadership team has introduced weekly drop-ins which anyone can attend. Here anyone can have a conversation directly so they can listen to employee views and act on them. Different VPs are also sharing videos on what they are doing to address employee views that have raised through our Glint feedback.
