Varied work As a placement student I was given some responsibility The expectation placed upon myself as a placement engineer was at a good level, to make the work interesting but not overly stressful. Nice people
Cons
Ageing work population; as a young engineer there was a large age gap between the older graduates and the rest of the engineers.
